Dr. Kara earned a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Ataturk University in 2016, MSc. in Mechanical Engineering Modelling from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2018, and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2022. Dr. Kara has a proven track record of success developing polymeric nano-/submicron fibers, nanocomposites, and fiber-reinforced polymer composites for various engineering applications. He published highly impacted articles, books, chapters, and patents. Dr. Kara has many years of experience in industry-oriented research and development engineering projects. He is an expert in polymer science and engineering, designing and modeling fiber-reinforced polymer composites, nanocomposites, additive manufacturing, dynamic and static mechanical testing, impact testing, rheology, and polymeric materials characterization.
