The Department of Mechanical Engineering at OSTİM Technical University is dedicated to preparing highly competent, interdisciplinary engineers for the critical sectors that drive Türkiye's economy and defense; including energy, manufacturing, automotive, composite production, and defense industries.

We deliver rigorous, industry-integrated engineering education grounded in real-world problem solving. Through close collaboration with OSTİM's unique ecosystem of over 5,000 industrial enterprises, we ensure our graduates are not only technically proficient but immediately impactful.

Embracing the AI-driven engineering transformation articulated at the highest levels of national leadership, we are actively building curricula and research programmes at the intersection of mechanical engineering and artificial intelligence; empowering our students with the tools, perspective, and leadership skills to pioneer the next generation of intelligent systems.
